SHB is one window shop, we provide full services from design to erection, taking care of the design specifications and challenges to come out with customized solutions based on our capabilities and experience. We provide – free from charge – consultancy season in early stages of feasibility studies, to insure developing a practical concrete system to avoid unwanted costs and difficulty.
1. Architectural design & planning
Turning to SHB Team in early stages will help selecting the most efficient precast solution for your project, the selection will be based on different aspects of procedure and execution such as; buildability, logistics, cost efficiency, sustainability,
2. Structural design & engineering
SHB structural engineers will carry out the finalized architectural drawings to begin with detailed design of:
- Structural loads analysis
- Structural loads design
- Special structural detailing
- Seismic analysis and retrofit
3. MEP design & drawings
SHB full house of engineers has department to design and execute MEP drawings in accordance to the Saudi Building Codes.
4. Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Our quality team will do the rest to monitor all the process during production supply, installation for 3D Modular Precast as per given parameters by Saudi Building Codes
5. Production of 3D Monolithic
After finalising detailed shop drawings, it submitted to SHB workforce to initiate production of precast units with supervision of engineering department.
6. Site Preparation
The site preparation phase will start in parallel with the precast production in factory. the site preparation phase will include;
- Soil Testing and Report Analysis
- Underground Service and Wire Mapping
- Site Surveying and Layout
- Site Excavation and Earthwork
- Compaction of Construction Project Site
- Anti-Termite Treatment
7. Construction of Foundation
Simultaneously with the work at the factory, the site team is constructing foundations.
8. 3D Precast units transportation & assembly
SHB logistic team will work with the transport contractors to plan the best route from our facility to your site, obtain the necessary oversize permits, and book escort vehicles if required.
