Scope of Work

SHB is responsible for the full package on this element of the development: engineering the wall and driver-room units, casting them in our factory, and supplying and installing them on site in the sequence the main contractor’s programme requires. Coordination against that erection sequence, rather than production convenience, sets the pace of the work.

Repeatability at Scale

Boundary walls and driver rooms on a development of this size only work as a precast package if the units are standardised and cast in volume. SHB casts the runs ahead of need and sequences deliveries to site so that erection crews are never left waiting on production — the same discipline that keeps a housing scheme moving street by street rather than stalling behind a single bottleneck.
