Execution and fit-out of a precast security room for the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), delivered in partnership with Al Taj Company — a compact, single-structure project completed with the same engineering discipline SHB applies to developments of any size.
Scope of Work
- Execution and fit-out of the security room structure
- Interior finishing works
- Space planning suited to guard-post operational requirements
- Execution in accordance with the project’s specified requirements and standards
Small Structure, Same Standard
A security room or gatehouse is often the first structure a visitor to a secured government facility actually sees, and a real test of whether a precast contractor can hold finish quality at a scale well below a typical villa or office project. SHB approached it as a full case study in its own right — proof of capability on standalone guard rooms and access-control structures for government and institutional clients, not only on large residential and commercial developments.
